Why I am a Life Coach

I look for the right client at the right time so, together, we can move toward the right message God is trying to speak into the life of that person. I am also passionate about working with ministerial staff or other teams to discover the power of the uniqueness of each person and how that contributes to team dynamics.

I find once people learn about the positive impact of life coaching, they become energized to know there is someone to help them believe in themselves, set goals, structure a plan and be held accountable. Is this easy work? No! But having had a coach for several years now, I can tell you it is well worth the investment of time and resources.

You may immediately think of an area where you might benefit from coaching, or it may be something you think about for a while. Or, you may recommend the benefits of a Life Coach to an individual or a team. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact Cathy at LifeWorks Resource Group.
